The criminal chamber at the Court of First Instance of Tunis rejected, Thursday, January 11, 2024, the release of the general coordinator of Al Qotb, Riad Ben Fadhel, while delaying the examination of the case to a later date, Mosaique FM reported.
It should be recollected that the First Investigating Judge at the Financial Judicial Pole issued, on November 24, an arrest warrant against Riadh Ben Fadhl.
