This press release follows the summons of Kapitalis newspaper director Ridha Kefi as a suspect in front of the fifth brigade specializing in cybernetic crimes on Tuesday, October 25.
The Federation of Journal Directors insists on giving journalists a margin of freedom of expression to disclose the truth of the country’s situation to the public
And to give them the freedom to express themselves without constraints and without harassment. The Federation asks to refer only to decree-law n ° 115 when it comes to deciding on suspicions of press and publishing offenses.
