Speaking to the TAP, president of the National Chamber of Wholesale Traders of School Supplies Fayel Abbassi said 4 million subsidized notebooks will be available on the market over the following two weeks.
He added that the total number of subsidized notebooks distributed in the market is expected to surpass 20 million by the end of September.
He considered that this remains insufficient as long as the sale of subsidized notebooks is not sought specifically at poor families.
