The public prosecutor at the Tunis court of first instance issued a search warrant against the owner of El Hiwar Ettounsi Sami Fehri after he was sentenced to eight years in prison by the chamber specializing in financial corruption cases.
This case involves the advertising contracts between Cactus prod and the Tunisian Television Establishment. Fehri is now wanted because he did not show up to serve his sentence 48 hours after the verdict was presented.
