The governorate of Sfax recorded 6 deaths and 523 new infections yesterday, according to the regional health directorate.
The number of deaths, hence increased to 314, while the number of infections reached 13,113.
On the other hand, 264 recoveries have been recorded for a total of 9,590 since the start of the pandemic.
