The Court of First Instance of Tunis has dropped the sexual harassment case brought against Slim Chiboub, deputy public prosecutor and spokesperson for the court Mohsen Dali said in a statement to the TAP.
“Slim Chiboub appeared before the criminal chamber at liberty,” Dali said to the TAP, telling the hearing was held in camera, only in the presence of the complainant, the accused and their lawyers.
