The public prosecutor at the Sousse 2 court of first instance, on Thursday transferred the accused of the assault on a young Ivorian in the region of El Kantaoui in the correctional chamber.
All those concerned in this case have been heard, confirmed court spokesman Haythem Boubaker to Mosaïque FM.
The accused is prosecuted for acts of racism and for physical and verbal aggression in addition to the violation of good morals.
Haythem Boubaker added that the Sousse court summoned the accused to the security post near his place of residence to inform him of the date of his trial.
