The mayor of Sbeitla and the head of the national security district were indicted, after their hearing, this Friday, October 16, 2020, for intentional homicide, in the case of the death of Abderrazek Khachnaoui, who died under the rubble of a kiosk anarchic, said Riadh Nouioui, spokesperson for the court of first instance.
They were kept in a state of freedom, added the same source.
Note that the investigating judge in charge of the case issued a committal warrant against the head of the municipal police brigade and the bulldozer driver.
