Tunisia: The toll rises to 1498 confirmed cases in Monastir

Monastir Regional Health Director Hammouda Babba said on Monday, September 28, 2020, that the confirmed cases were 1498, after registering 38 new contaminations in the region.

In a statement to Shems FM, he said 3564 cases are confined to their homes while 104 are subject to mandatory solitary confinement.

Babba finally mentioned, at the same source, that 16,834 screening tests have been done since the coronavirus spread.
