Two sisters, aged 14 and 21, from Bou Argoub, passed away from gas asphyxiation while taking a bath.
The tragic incident shook the local community. Despite their father’s desperate tries to rescue them, the girls arrived lifeless at the local Beni Khaled hospital.
The eldest was a pharmacy student. Their deaths constitute a “great tragedy” which has deeply saddened residents of the region.
