The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad, Othman Jerandi, on Saturday morning, October 17, 2020, sent a message of sympathy to his French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian following the terrorist attack that took place yesterday in a suburb of Paris, in which a French citizen was killed.
Mr Jerandi expressed his condemnation of this heinous criminal act, reads a statement by the foreign ministry.
He also displayed Tunisia’s solidarity with France, in this painful circumstance, and standing by its side in combating terrorism and extremism that has nothing to do with Islam and its tolerant values.
