Tunisia powerfully denounced the twin suicide bombings that jolted central Baghdad on Thursday, killing and wounding numerous people, said a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad.
Tunisia raised full solidarity with the government and people of Iraq, stating it stands with the nation in its war on terrorism and violent extremism.
It extended sincere condolences and voiced deep sympathy to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
At least 29 people were killed and 73 others injured, as two suicide bombers blew themselves up in a market in Tayaran Square in central Baghdad on Thursday.
