Minister of Industry, Saloua Sghair, made an implicit request to the protestors to have mercy on the Tunisians.
Speaking at a plenary session, the minister called on people who bar the production and transport of gas to be understanding towards the fragile situation in which the citizens find themselves, in particular in this wintry weather.
She also indicated that a monitoring committee has been created to “limit as much as possible” the lack of gas, thanks to the companies that have collaborated with the ministry for this purpose.
