Tunisia-Tunisian Embassy in Paris updates travel procedures

The Tunisian embassy in Paris has updated travel procedures between the two countries in light of the confinement announced by French authorities.

The frequency of travel, announces the press release published yesterday Thursday, November 5, 2020, will be reduced.

Indeed, it is indicated that after coordination between the embassy and the Tunisair company, it was agreed to schedule a daily Paris-Tunis flight, and 3 Paris-Djerba flights per week, while 3 flights per week will depart from the cities og Nice, Marseille and Lyon, in addition to one flight per week from the cities of Nantes, Strasbourg, Toulouse and Bordeaux.

Regarding measures related to Covid-19, the Embassy stressed that it is mandatory to present a negative RT-PCR analysis not exceeding 72 hours for all travellers heading to Tunisia, in addition to a 14-day quarantine sworn statement.

For Tunisians travelling to France, it is mandatory to present a certificate of honour indicating that the traveller does not show symptoms of the Coronavirus. The RT-PCR test is not mandatory in this case.
