The investigating judge of the economic and financial judicial pole yesterday issued an arrest warrant against the judge stopped on August 10, 2021, in possession of foreign currency.
It should be noted that the judge was intercepted in possession of a sum of 1.5 million dinars of foreign currency, the public prosecutor in the pole indicated the detention of currency without permission from the BCT was at the origin of the issuance of this warrant of committal.
There is additionally the possession of money of unknown sources and money laundering.
