Talking to Tunisian Numérique, Former Ennahdha member Lotfi Zitoun revealed his position on the case of Qalb Tounes leader Nabil Karoui. Recalling that Karoui was detained before the old presidential elections, Zitoun reported that his arrest sparked a controversy.
Commenting on his hospitalization, the politician explained that protesting against the judge’s ruling will hinder the successful conduct of the investigation.
He added that these demonstrations will not bring the desired results.
