Walid Zidi, proposed Minister of Culture, is a visually impaired researcher who obtained his doctorate from the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Humanities of Manouba.
At the time, he had communicated his wish for the creation of a specialized unit equipped with special equipment dedicated to the visually impaired so that they could complete their studies and succeed in life.
