The National Meteorology Institute has published a weather warning as the deteriorated weather continues.
The institute warned the citizens of Kairouan, Kasserine, Sidi Bouzid and Siliana from floods and rising water levels. Heavy Rainfalls are predicted to reach 80 mm with thunderstorms.
Blowing winds will be as strong as 80km/hr.
