Qalb Tounes MP Yadh Elloumi disclosed the reasons on why his party will not vote for the 2021 finance bill.
According to Elloumi, the 2021 draft bill lacks a precise vision. Admittedly the latest cabinet statements on public finances, development and the fight against poverty appeared cooperative with the party’s vision, except that the state budget serves 46% of the BIP. The 2021 bill does not include any actions regarding regional development and the improvement of the economic situation.
