Units of the National Guard District in El Fahs, Zaghouan governorate, successfully seized 248 pieces of cake stored without appropriate authorization. These cakes were planned for distribution on New Year’s Eve. Further, the authorities confiscated 203 litres of vegetable oil of unknown origin.
In response to this finding, the public prosecutor has granted authorization to the trade services and the National Food Safety Authority of Zaghouan to take the required legal measures. This action aims to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain food safety standards
