The Mufti of the Othman Republic Battikh revealed that Zakat Al Fitr is fixed at 1980 millimes. He explained that Zakat should be given at dawn before the Eid Al Fitr prayer. According to the same source, it is likewise possible to pay this alms two or three days before Eid.
