The investigating judge of the judicial pole for the fight against terrorism issued, this Friday, December 9, 2022, a decision to extend Chafik Jarraya’s by an additional four months, for the investigation in the case of being“under the disposition of a foreign army in peacetime”.
It is recollected that the investigating judge had issued a renewable six-month deposit warrant against Chafik Jarraya before deciding to release him.
Also, the prosecution appealed this decision and the appeal was filed with the Chamber of accusations which refused the release of the businessman
