The two parties are expected to discuss the “transition to an enduring bilateral security partnership between Iraq and the United States.” Iraqi Foreign Ministry also disclosed earlier today that the parties involved will initiate a “gradual” and “deliberate reduction” of US “advisors” on Iraqi soil.
