WTA: Ons Jabeur downgrades to 9th place in world

Ons Jabeur has lost three places in the WTA rankings, updated this Monday, April 8, 2024, to now place herself as the 9th world player on the professional circuit

The one who was ranked 2nd in the world a little over a year ago (January 16, 2023), now has 3,658 points, far behind world No. 1, Iga Swiatek (10,835 points) and just ahead of Jelena Ostapenko, 10th in the world with 3438 points.

For the rest of the ranking, Aryna Sabalenka is 2nd with 8045 points, then followed by Cori Gauff (7205), Elena Rybakina (5848), Jessica Pegula (4870), Maria Sakkari (4195), Qinwen Zheng (3995), Marketa Vondrousova arriving 8th with 3895 points.
