Wydad Casablanca formalized the arrival of Aziz Ben Asker (48 years old) on Saturday. Ben Asker, who formerly led Maghreb of Fez at the beginning of 2023, has been designated as the new coach, succeeding Tunisians Faouzi Benzarti and Radhouane Delhi. This makes him the third and fourth coach of the season for the club. Remark that after 24 days, Wydad finds itself in fifth place in the Botola table with 37 units.
In the Coupe du Trône, his adventure finished in the round of 16, while in the Champions League, he was also eliminated in the group stage.
