Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Tuesday that the responsibility for the deaths of civilians lies with the West because it refuses to impose a no-fly zone and help the country with more aircraft.
“Thirteen days when we only hear promises. Thirteen days, when they tell us that there is about to be help in the sky, there will be planes, they will deliver them to us,” said Zelensky in a video message. “The responsibility for this is also on those who have not been able to make a decision for thirteen days, somewhere in the West, somewhere in the offices, an obviously necessary decision.”
