Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky underlined on Wednesday, answering questions at a joint press conference with United States President Joe Biden, that “just peace” means “no compromises as to the sovereignty, freedom and territorial integrity of my country.”
Zelensky noted that the longer the war continues “there will be more parents that will live for the sake of vengeance.” For that reason, he stressed that there cannot be “a just peace.”
