The spokesperson for the defence committee of dismissed judges Ayachi Hammami called on Monday, January 23, 2023, president Kais Saied to publicly apologise to the judge accused of adultery who was to be acquitted by the court.
Hammami strongly condemned the attempts of “putschist authority” aimed at getting their hands on Tunisian justice, believing that the demands of the revoked magistrates are “just and founded”.
