The governorate of Beje reported two deaths from COVID-19, local health director Khamais Kaabi told Mosaique FM.
The first victim is elderly in his eighties from Amdoun, he was discovered that he had the virus two days after his passing.
The second reported death is a woman in her seventies from Taster, she died in the regional hospital emergency department
The governorate has not reported any fatality since the start of the pandemic .
