Prime Minister Hichem Mechihi said that the 18-18 Fund, valued at 200 million dinars, have not yet been disbursed to the health sector.
Speaking toAl Wataniya, the PM attributed the reason bureaucracy of the Tunisian administrations, which “prevents acceleration in the disbursement of these funds.”
