President of the Republic, Kais Saied welcomed today, Thursday, May 5, 2022, the Minister of National Defense, Imed Memmiche. During this meeting, the head of the state took notice of the state of preparation of the military forces and highlighted their significant role in the protection of the homeland and the preservation of civil peace in Tunisia.
Saied likewise talked of the considerable efforts made by the military armed forces to fulfil their duty of securing elections , national examinations, and aid to citizens as well as their contribution to the campaign to fight the Covid-19 pandemic.
