The Secretary General of the Democratic Current Ghazi Chaouachi that the project of the President of the Republic Kais Saïed is similar to a fraud operation. He said that the project is the largest scandal in the history of Tunisia, recollecting that the president of the National Consultative Commission for a New Republic Sadok Belaïd cautioned against the approach adopted by Kais Saïed.
According to him, the ISIE is accountable for “falsifying” the results of the referendum, adding that it is not able to secure free elections. Ghazi Chaouachi likewise recalled that the opposition forces were attacked by agents of the Ministry of the Interior on the orders of Kais Saïed and Taoufik Charfeddine.
