British policemen evacuated thousands of local residents from an English town after a dam reservoir was sufficiently damaged. Local officials warned of possible flooding promptly following the wall damage. Water started to flow from the Toddbrook Reservoir in Derbyshire, central England. If the dam cracks, Goyt Valley will be flooded with 300 million gallons of water.
