Germany has allowed the cultivation and consumption of recreational cannabis from this Monday, April 1, 2024, under certain conditions.
For example, adult German citizens can now consume cannabis except near certain public areas such as schools and pedestrian areas, and they can increase up to three plants at home.
In addition, the new law permits the possession of a maximum of 25 grams of cannabis, with a limit of 50 grams inside the home.
