The Investigating Judge of the Court of First Instance of Gabes ordered to conduct an investigation against former Governor of Gabes Mosbah Kardamin.
Spokesperson for and First Deputy of the Public Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance of Gabes Mounir Aroum said that Kardamin is being investigated into three different cases, first for illegally issuing individual taxis permits and fodder permits and for making false statements about a traffic accident.
The governor of Gabes was dismissed, last March 30, by the Head of State for continuing to carry out his duties when he had been officially notified of his dismissal.
