After defeating the Algerians of Al Abiar , Espérance beat the Congolese Jeunesse sportif de Kinshasa 38-25 (see video), for the 2nd game of the main round of the 40th edition of the African Championship of cup-winning clubs in Oran.

At the end of this match, winger Oussama Boughanmi was elected MVP.

The second match of the group saw Zamalek win against Al Abiar 28-25 (watch video). In this regard, the “blood and gold” will encounter the Egyptians of Al Ahly in the semi-finals, on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. (HT).
