King Mohammed VI has contracted a viral lung infection, announced the royal office.
The King health condiction forced his physician to order a medical rest of a “few days for the monarch,” the statement added.
The king has planned to attend former French president Jacques Chirac funeral ceremony, he will be sending his son Crown Prince Moulay EL Hassan, to represent him at the official funeral of Chirac.
