One person was killed and another was seriously injured in the aftermath of a knife attack in the city of Bordeaux, in France, BFM TV reported on Wednesday citing a police source.
The attack took place at the quays, in the centre of the city, according to the media outlet. The wounded person is in critical condition, the source detailed.
It was further said that the suspect initially escaped the scene, but was then spotted by another police officer, who shot and killed him.
