Over 100 rioters arrested in Paris after World Cup game

115 people have been apprehended in greater Paris as riots broke out following the France-Morocco semifinal game at the World Cup in Qatar, local authorities said on Thursday.

Clashes with police have been reported in a number of French cities. In Lyon, police employed tear gas in order to disperse the crowd. In Montpellier, one person died after being hit by a vehicle after an alleged argument over a football match.
