ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE DEFENCE FORCES OF UKRAINE
- Ukrainian soldiers broke through the fortification of the so-called “Surovikin line,” thus overcoming the Russian first line of defence. The way to the administrative border with Crimea opens for the Ukrainian defence forces. It is important for Ukrainian army to seize the moment and move forward effectively towards full liberation of the Ukrainian territories.
- NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg commented Ukrainian achievements in the battlefield as they “saw that the Ukrainians exceeded all expectations again.”
- Ukraine is counting on the effective military support of its partners, which will help speed up the end of the war with the victory of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
LIQUIDATION OF WAGNER PMC IN RUSSIA
- After the elimination of Prigozhin – the Wagner PMC leader, the Putin regime began the gradual liquidation of this gang and the removal it from the information field. The Putin regime does not consider the past “merits” of Prigozhin’s mercenaries. From “heroes,” they instantly turned into “scum” and were erased from current war history. For the Putin regime, there are no unconditional heroes, only temporarily useful employees doing dirty work.
- The so-called “truce,” in which the mutiny of the Wagner PMC ended was a fatal mistake of Prigozhin. He could have overthrown the Putin regime. The Putin regime is as shaky as it was during Prigozhin’s coup. The reasons that motivated Wagner to rebel are still relevant. The next attempt to overthrow the dictatorial regime will be more successful because Prigozhin’s mistake will be considered.
DEVELOPMENT OF THE GRAIN INITIATIVE
- Despite the withdrawal of Russia from the grain deals and the resumption of attacks on Ukrainian ports, the grain initiative continues to function. Ukraine has not withdrawn from any agreements and is committed to its obligations to partners.
- Ukraine is working to develop the transport logistics. A new sea corridor has been established within the territorial waters of Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey. Two cargo vessels have already successfully used it.
- Ukraine has had a good harvest and seeks to ensure that grain goes to world markets, in particular to African countries that need it most. Free access of Ukrainian agricultural exports is in the interest of the whole world. The terror and the “hunger games” of Russia must be stopped by the joint efforts of the international community.
