Article 60 of the 2023 Finance bill recommends that for each payment in cash, surpassing 5000 DT. The payer is required to pay a penalty of 20% of the sum, with a minimum of 2000 DT.
This penalty can be liable from January 1, 2023, an abstraction carried on the date of deductions or the payment of TVA.
