The considerable number of elected deputies adamantly opposing the recent electoral amendments is undoubtedly on the gradual rise. Currently, 39 deputies have approved a statement of appeal in order to object the draft Electoral Law that was passed by the Assembly of the representatives of the People.
The petition was initially approved by 12 deputies, 30 deputies later joined.
