The investigating judge of Office No. 4 of the Ariana Court of First Instance issued two arrest warrants against the hospital director Abderrahmane Mami and the owner of a funeral services company, Mosaique FM reported.
This decision is associated with the burial of a foreign migrant in a manner not following the procedures in force, as confirmed by the deputy public prosecutor of the Ariana Court of First Instance and spokesperson, Nizar Laouj.
The investigating judge, supervising the case, also decided to forbid a hospital official and a medical executive from travelling while leaving them free, similar to the rest of the accused in this case, which includes administrative and medical executives of the same hospital.
The accused individuals appeared before the investigating judge on charges of exploiting the position of a civil servant to acquire an unjustified advantage for themselves or others, by harming the administration and engaging in falsification.
