Former MP Fatma Mseddi stated in an exclusive interview with Tunisie Numérqiue that prime minister Elyes Fakfekh has deceived people by redirecting money that was provided by or donated from citizens to fund the recruitment of new advisers at Kasbah.
Mseddi regretted that these advisers are of no use to the state and that they were selected just because they belong to Ennahdha.
According to her, the PM has provided proof that he receives orders from the Islamic party, stressing that people will not stay silent and the subject matter will have severe results.
The same source said that Fakhfekh has turned his back on President Kais Saied and is seeking the support of Ennahdha.
Furthermore, he recalled that the PM allowed compensation for the benefit of former Islamist detainees, as part of the Al Karama fund when he was a finance minister in 2012.
She expressed fear that he will do the same with the 1818 COVID-19 funds.
