Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Ennahdha member Fethi Ayadi addressed the meeting of the Shura Council. Ayadi stated that the meeting concentrated on evaluating the general situation in the country.
Characterizing the situation as difficult, Ayadi said that party leaders reviewed the solutions and mechanisms that could be put in place to surmount this crisis.
“Ennahdha party is committed to the democratic process. Accordingly, he called on the President of the Republic Kais Saied to form a new government as soon as possible, ”he said.
Assuring that parliament will resume its activity, he explained that the decisions taken by the Head of State are unconstitutional.
