Tunisian Football Federation president Wadii Jary announced that he will sue attorney Imed Ben Halima for defamation, accusations and slander.
Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Political activist Ben Halima said that Jary was accountable for mobilizing sports fans for electoral purposes. He stressed that supporters could, following the identical logic, be mobilized in the protest against Kais Saied scheduled for tomorrow.
Remarking that he previously pointed to mobilizing supporters to serve specific political agendas, Ben Halima said Jary had links to the Islamists and that leaving the old system, accordingly, required his departure.
He likewise said he disclosed the affair of the sponsorship deal concluded with Qatar Airways.
