The official spokesperson for the Judicial Center for Combating Terrorism, Hanen Gaddes, confirmed that, based on what was observed, when reviewing the merits of what the media called the conspiracy case, which was undertaken by the competent indictment chamber of the Court of Appeal of Tunis, based on the decision to close the inquiry rendered by the investigating judge on April 12, 2024, the public prosecutor at the court of first instance of Tunis would like to explain that the decision to close the above-mentioned investigation explicitly stipulated that the decision to ban media broadcasting of the substance of the case remains in force until the competent court confirms the form, and hence any dissemination of the substance of the case is considered a violation of this decision and results in criminal consequences following the texts in force.
