Bizerte health administration reported 24 new infections with COVID-19 distributed as following: (5/Nothen Bizerte),(7/El Alia),(2/Menzel Bourguiba),(9/Ras Jebel) and one case in Mater.
The infection tally stands at 468 (410 local and 58 Imported) including 434 ( 393 local and 45 imported) reported since reopening the borders on June 27, 2020.
Bizerte also recorded 127 recoveries in addition one death in Utica, taking the death toll to nine.
Northern Bizerte registered so far the highest infection tally with 127 cases and one death, placing second Ras Jebel reported 72 cases and one death until October 1, 2020.
