The governorate of Bizerte documented 4 deaths from the coronavirus on Wednesday, and 43 supplementary infections, according to a source from the regional health directorate.
The infection tally in the region has outpaced the threshold of 2,000 infections since the commencement of the pandemic. Moreover, 1,639 recoveries were reported while the number of active cases has reached 291 cases. The death toll stands at 72.
1098 are placed in self-isolation, according to the same source.
