The polling centre of Borj El Khadra has not received any local voters since Sunday morning on the day of the early presidential election, said Independent High Regional Authority for the Elections regional coordinator in Tataouine, Taher Aouini.
Apparent reasons behind the notable figure are amply justified by local citizens who have left the region for years and the low inhabitance percentage.
